Why do you think you never had a long feud with Hulk Hogan?
"Well, it is pretty simple. We started an angle in Arizona on the snake pit. When someone would do an angle they would put Hogan down or whatever. He would come out, start ripping the shirt and come after you, and everybody would make money. I did a DDT on him on the set, put the snake on him, stood at the curtain, and Vince is going, this is great going to be money ... money ... money. He then said 15 to 20 seconds he would start. That is what they always did, chanting Hulk. Well, around the 15th ... 20th ... 45th minute nothing, and they start DDT. Vince looked at me, and he said no. I turned baby face shortly there after. It was a good position for me because it was a baby face or as a heel I could groom other talent going against the Hulkster. I had fun with teaching with Rick Rude getting him ready and a lot of other guys. The marketing in the WWF is more important than how many people show up at events. There are millions of dollars to be made off of marketing. They're not gonna split the bucks between me and Hogan because half want me and half want him. That is the bottom line."
