STAMFORD, Conn., February 15, 2002 –Hulk Hogan™, Scott Hall™ and Kevin Nash™ are returning to the World Wrestling Federation®, starting with the upcoming No Way Out® Pay-Per-View event this Sunday, on February 17, announced Vince McMahon™, Chairman of World Wrestling Federation Entertainment, Inc.®

The return of Hogan, Nash and Hall to television as the nWo®, or New World Order™, comes at a perfect time. The Rock® and Undertaker® are in a heated rivalry. With his estranged wife, Stephanie McMahon Helmsley™, serving as guest referee, Triple H™ and Kurt Angle™ will battle it out in a No. 1 Contenders Match, with the winner earning a shot at the Undisputed champion, Stone Cold Steve Austin™. Noted Mr. McMahon, "The return of Hogan, Nash and Hall should propel the World Wrestling Federation into utter chaos. Starting at No Way Out, I expect Hogan, Nash and Hall to shake up the status quo, much to my great delight."

Hogan rose to prominence during his first tour with the World Wrestling Federation from 1983 to 1993, where he headlined the first nine WrestleManias and appeared in motion pictures. Nash, known as Diesel®, and Hall, known as Razor Ramon™, performed in the World Wrestling Federation in the mid-1990s. The two joined Hogan at World Championship Wrestling (WCW) in 1996 to form the nWo.

In March 2001, World Wrestling Federation Entertainment, Inc. purchased the global rights to the WCW® brand, tape library and other intellectual property rights, clearing the way for the return to the World Wrestling Federation of stars like Hogan, Nash and Hall, as well as Ric Flair™.

No Way Out will be broadcast live from the sold-out Bradley Center in Milwaukee, Wis., on Pay-Per-View and satellite, including DirecTV.

- No Way Out is LIVE on MAIN EVENT Monday 18th February (12pm Midday, 6:30pm EDT Replay)
