"They Live" by John Carpenter
"They Live" tribute, with "Rowdy" Roddy Piper and Meg Ryan
This section of the site is about the greatest movie I've ever seen, director John Carpenter's masterpiece They Live. The movie stars Roddy Piper as John Nada, a normal guy who stumbles upon the existence of a hidden race of extradimensional beings. These "aliens" cloak their existence by using subliminal transmissions. They also use these transmissions to get the humans of earth to obey their every command. He joins the cause of a small band of rebels who are armed with the knowledge of what's going on, and special glasses called Hoffman lenses that allow them to see beyond the subliminal signals.
